What we do.

Chiropractic Adjustments – We use the skeletal structure as a medium to access the nervous system, your body’s communication highway. We detect dysfunctions in your neuro-spinal system and correct them through HVLA (high velocity - low amplitude) spinal impulses called “adjustments”. This allows for better brain-to-body and body-to-brain communication. By removing the dysfunctions, the brain is better able to communicate with every organ, tissue, and cell in the body allowing the body to perform and function more optimally.

Restorative Movement – We fully believe that if you don’t use it, you lose it. The body was designed to move, and we often take for granted our bodies ability to get us from point A to point B. We move through our daily lives in a series of poor postures that don’t utilize the body as it should. We will teach you specific movements and sequencing as well as empowering postures that will target different postural muscle groups. Moving well and often will enhance your experience and quality of Chiropractic care, and life in general, by helping you win the fight against gravity.
