  • 2 things:

    -Finding a great chiropractor is few and far between for me. At 6’5 270lbs it’s unfair for many to actually have what it takes where I leave feeling “brand new”. Dr. Casas checked that box from the very first appointment.

    -Most chiros are in and out. A quick chat about your family, twists you a few times, and then escorts you out the door. Dr. Casas makes sure his customers leave with knowledge and information required for them to heal whatever ailment might be troubling them. It’s so much more than cracking backs with this chiro!! Highly recommend!

  • I’ve never had back problems or major aches or pains so I never thought I needed to go to a chiropractor. Then I found out from Dr. Casas that it’s actually good for you and your body to get adjustments even if you don’t feel like anything is wrong. Going as a first timer I didn’t know what to expect and was actually a little nervous. Dr. Casas talked me through it and my first adjustment made a world of difference and I have been back several times since! Even if you think you don’t need a chiropractor, you do and it is so worth it for you and your body. I highly highly recommend Dr. Casas and Lighthouse Chiropractic!
